The Hive Mind project is a technology platform supporting the sustainable development of the beekeeping sector through the integration of satellite and AI technologies. The project envisages the development of the platform’s functionality, transforming Hive Mind from an MVP version into a fully-fledged product ready for market testing by expanding it with key business modules. This will be followed by pilot testing of the platform with users, optimization of functionality based on feedback, and refinement of the business model. In the third stage, a sales pilot will be launched to verify the adopted business model, test various monetization paths, and acquire the first paying customers.
